With the aim of encouraging entrepreneurship, Student Business Incubator and association Startup.hr they decided to start monthly meetups for already successful entrepreneurs and young people who have an entrepreneurial idea, in order to help each other through their networking and exchange of ideas and advice and in this way together create a positive and strong entrepreneurial climate in Split.
The name "Unite & lead" hides the very goal of these gatherings, which is for entrepreneurs to unite and together be leaders and initiators of changes in society.
The meetings are designed as informal get-togethers where ideas, experiences and advice will be exchanged in the field of entrepreneurship, business start-up and business management. Networking of entrepreneurs contributes to each individual because it creates partnership and collaborative relationships among the initiators of changes in the environment, and works for the benefit of the entire community.
All entrepreneurs, initiators of entrepreneurial ideas and all others who encourage the entrepreneurial climate in the community with their work are welcome to the meetings.
The first such event will take place on the 30th. April at 6 p.m. in the Versi coffee bar in Bačvice, Split.
