As part of the Smart Youth project, education sessions on the topic of smart living are being organized, featuring experts from the private sector, public sector, and non-profit organizations. They will showcase their projects and activities, demonstrating how they contribute to the implementation of IoT technologies and the creation of smart cities.
The project’s goal is to empower young people to become active and ‘smart’ citizens, encouraging their involvement in developing solutions in the field of smart technologies and digitization. This contribution aims to foster the development of local infrastructure and boost economic activity.
In May, there are two scheduled education sessions:
1) “Smart Design for Smart Automation Systems” on May 29th starting at 2:15 PM, led by Petra Mesarić, CEO of SmartWay.
2) “New Dimensions of Security: Smart Homes and Home Security Services for the Modern Age” on May 31st starting at 2:15 PM, led by Matija Matijavec, Co-founder, and CTO of the startup Zuluhood.
You can register HERE.
The education sessions are conducted online via the Zoom platform. All registered participants will receive links for the sessions the day before.
Participants who attend sessions in this cycle will receive a Europass certificate of participation. The project is co-financed by the European Solidarity Corps of the European Union and is implemented from June 1, 2022, to May 31, 2023.
