The Entrepreneurship Center Split together with the Student Entrepreneurship Incubator of the Faculty of Economics in Split, as part of the “Student digital HUB” project , prepared a new set of workshops and trainings for students and young people.

October brings us a new topic of the month – “Teamwork and Networking”. Never before in the history of work has teamwork been such an important factor in the functioning of successful organizations. The introduction of teams into the organizational structure leads to an increase in efficiency and quality of work. Creating and maintaining an effective environment for teamwork requires a focus on the structural and human aspects of organizational life.

Therefore, we bring you 4 workshops from the world of teamwork and networking:

• October 12, starting at 10:00 a.m., Tanja Kranjec from the Integra knowledge company on the topic “ Teamwork & networking “
• On October 14, starting at 4:00 p.m., Peter R. Hewitt from the company Triloque on the topic “ Energizer – Catalyzing Success in the Organization “
• October 20, starting at 10:00 a.m., Ivana Tišljar from the company HUTA, on the topic “ Five most important qualities of team players “
• On October 21, starting at 20:00, Michael Freer from Ensoco, on the topic “How to network efficiently and effectively”

All trainings are held online via the Zoom platform.

All participants who complete all training in this area will receive a certificate of participation in the form of a digitally signed credential in accordance with the EU Action Plan for Digital Education (2021-2027).
