The Entrepreneurship Center Split together with the Student Entrepreneurship Incubator of the Faculty of Economics in Split, as part of the “Student digital HUB” project , prepared a new set of workshops and trainings for students and young people.

August brings us a new topic of the month – “Writing project proposals and project management” . In recent years, there has been a particularly developed awareness of how successful project execution is the basis of quality and successful business. The role of project management is becoming more and more important day by day and is continuously growing because project management provides a framework for the optimal conversion of an idea (innovation) into a final product regardless of the branch of industry. Nowadays, it is impossible to imagine achieving any business change or undertaking without a clearly defined plan, organization and control, because today most of the business in companies is carried out through projects. The skills of project managers who participate in the process of planning, implementation and reporting on their statuses are of critical importance for business optimization.

We have prepared a set of 4 educations in the field of project management:

• August 11 at 10:00 a.m., Dragan Planjanin, project manager on the topic “Project management in the automotive industry”
• On August 12 at 10:00 a.m., Tereza Begović-Gudelj from JU Rera SD, on the topic “From an idea to an EU project”
• August 17 at 4:30 p.m., Ivan Bilić from the Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds, on the topic “Implementation of a project financed by EU funds”
• On August 23 at 5:00 p.m., Gabrijela Medunić-Orlić from Sunce Split Association, on the topic “Preparation of the project proposal and review of the project cycle”

All trainings are held online via the Zoom platform.

All participants who complete all training in this area will receive a certificate of participation in the form of a digitally signed credential in accordance with the EU Action Plan for Digital Education (2021-2027).
