The Split Entrepreneurship Center in cooperation with the Student Entrepreneurship Incubator of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Split implements the ” Hack4Split ” project with the aim of contributing to solving the problems of the local community – the area of Split and its surroundings, by training and educating young people for active citizenship and social entrepreneurship.
Throughout December, 2 educations in the field of socially useful learning will be held:
In the first training, the participants will get an insight into the internal needs of the community, which can be answered or solved by socially useful learning, and what are the processes and ways in which the identified problems and needs can be solved.
In the second training, participants will gain an insight into how they can achieve positive changes in society by creating ideas in the domain of socially useful learning and acting through socially useful learning.

The finale of the project is the organization and implementation of the social hackathon Hack4Split, which will take place in April 2022. year, and where tangible solutions will be created for the detected problems of the local community in accordance with the UN’s sustainable development goals.
All participants who complete training in a certain area will receive a Europass certificate for participation.
The project was co-financed by the funds of the European Solidarity Corps of the European Union , and has been implemented since January 1. November 2021 until the 30 April 2022
