The Student Business Incubator has been operating at the Faculty of Economics in Split since 2015 and is intended for all proactive and enterprising students of the University of Split, with the aim of promoting youth entrepreneurship and increasing the success of their entrepreneurial ventures. This also addresses the problem of high youth unemployment and lack of information and/or inability to self-employment.
Student Business Academy
Systematic and comprehensive support
The "Student Business Academy" program is a carefully designed 6-month program during which participants work with mentors from academia and industry. Participants (students and early-stage entrepreneurs) acquire knowledge about all necessary and practical knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship. Using the specific example of their startup or company, participants acquire practical knowledge in the field of business modeling and planning, analysis of market segments, creation and management of marketing strategies, develop organizational and management concepts, and acquire knowledge in the field of financial analysis and modeling. In addition, they enter the field of sales, business communication and presentation. At the end of the program, they create the entire business plan of their entrepreneurial venture.
