The role of project management is becoming more and more important day by day and is continuously growing because project management provides a framework for the optimal conversion of an idea (innovation) into a final product regardless of the branch of industry. Nowadays, it is impossible to imagine achieving any business change or undertaking without a clearly defined plan, organization and control, because today most of the business in companies is carried out through projects.
