Until now, traditional media have provided information through television, radio, newspapers and magazines, and have meant exclusively one-way communication without the possibility of reaction. Although traditional media are more represented than new media, with the development of the Internet and the emergence of social networks, they are faced with new user expectations such as speed of reporting, wealth of information and multimedia benefits such as sound and video clips, links and interactivity.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Ana Klancir will introduce you to the world of using digital media in communication. The media are essential in business communication because they enable the effective resolution of many segments in the spectrum of social relations. With their simplicity, accessibility, speed, they help in everyday communication between actors in the business circle.
