One of them is Mark Cuban<\/strong> , an American entrepreneur and investor who often gives advice and lessons on running a successful business. This successful American entrepreneur is known to some as the owner of the NBA franchise “Dallas Mavericks”, to some as the chairman of the board of the American television company AXS TV, and to some from ABC’s TV reality show “Shark Tank” in which Mark Cuban appears as one of the main “shark “investors, the so-called big investors whose attention the contestants fight for in the show.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since starting a startup is extremely popular among millennials, here are 12 tips from Mark Cuban<\/strong> for all those who want to not only start their own startup, but also make it profitable and successful:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Do not start a business unless it is something you love to do, something that is your obsession and passion.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. If you’ve come up with an exit strategy if things go wrong, it’s not a job you love.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Hire those people who you are sure will love doing the job and share your love and passion for the job.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Profit solves all problems. Think in advance of ways your company will make a profit.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Find out what are the greatest abilities and strengths of your business and yourself and focus on being the best within those abilities.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Run a business without an office. If you prefer an office approach, let it be without closed offices.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Use every day to go out for lunch, coffee and do work there. Use this as an opportunity to talk.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. When it comes to technology, focus on the programs you know how to use.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Try to avoid your organization being hierarchically structured.<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. Don’t buy promotional material for your company. It’s okay to buy something with your company logo for yourself or your employees, but don’t send it to other people.<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. Never hire a PR company. As soon as you see a business opportunity, personally contact the company with which you would like to cooperate, introduce yourself, your company and the model of cooperation you have imagined; every company will want to hear from you, the founder, rather than some PR firm.
