Design Sprint and Design Split<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Go through the Design Sprint process in an interactive workshop where we will teach you everything you need to know in order to run your own Design Sprint.<\/span><\/p>\n

Open for beginners and sprint veterans, this workshop will level you up and give you an in-depth understanding of the hows and the whys of the Sprint methodology.<\/span><\/p>\n

Design Sprints are not only for product designers! Anyone in process and innovation, or anyone who thinks their company could stand to do things a different way should attend in order to try to benefit from this methodology.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Workshop welcomes: Startup founders, Product Designers, Product Managers \/ Product Owners, Marketers, Designers, Engineers, Executives at large companies, Team leads and managers…<\/span><\/p>\n

In 5 days we will run a Design Sprint which will get us from zero to a tested prototype. We will learn every step of the process, from gathering ideas to building an interactive prototype to testing with real users. The main takeaway should be your ability to integrate Sprint Processes into your startup \/ company<\/strong> by using the techniques that make the process run smoothly.<\/span><\/p>\n

What is a Design Sprint?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

A design sprint is a five-phase framework that helps answer critical business questions through rapid prototyping and user testing. Sprints let your team reach clearly defined goals and deliverables and gain key learnings, quickly. The process helps spark innovation, encourage user-centered thinking, align your team under a shared vision, and get you to product launch faster.<\/span><\/p>\n

Design Sprint’s are based on the book SPRINT (by Jake Knapp) which was developed by GV (Google Ventures), Read more on it here<\/a> .<\/span><\/p>\n

\"there\"The program will be held by Mr. Tadej Mur\u0161i\u0107<\/strong> , an experienced product manager, entrepreneur and startup mentor.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Mur\u0161i\u0107 is the co-founder of Andivi<\/a><\/span> and Alledio<\/a><\/span> where he is in charge of product and UX.<\/span><\/p>\n

His previous company VIA BMS was selected into the top 5 startups at the TNW (The Next Web) Conference in Amsterdam in 2014.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tadej is also an active startup mentor in the Startup:Maribor community and has been in charge of advising several startups.<\/span><\/p>\n
